Hello and happy non-toxic Tuesday! The weather is warming up (at least where I live) and although I'll admit that I make my fair share of stops at Dunkin Donuts to pick up an iced coffee (medium with caramel and mocha, no sugar, extra cream, to be exact) I want to share a homemade recipe for iced coffee that is both delicious and simple. I've been using this recipe for about a year, and based it on one by The Pioneer Woman. I hope you'll try this recipe and enjoy good conversation, relaxing moments, and refreshing pick-me-ups by doing do!
Homemade Iced Coffee
Mix 1 cup ground coffee + 6 cups water. Stir, cover, and place in fridge overnight or for 8+ hours, strain, and enjoy! I use a french press to filter the grounds out of mine. I must admit that I enjoy mine with flavored creamers- and entirely toxic indulgence, but I make exceptions when it comes to coffee ;)
